Mission Australia are the NDIS Partner in the Community delivering Local Area Coordination, working with people with disability and their families to link and connect you to information and support in the community.
Mission Australia's NDIS Local Area Coordination Service helps people with disability to understand and access the NDIS, and create, implement and review their NDIS support plan.
We also work with local people and groups to build communities that are more welcoming and inclusive.
